twenty five degrees

Dude! It's twenty five degrees outside. Considering the weather we have been recently having here in northern Indiana twenty five degrees is very warm! Time to wear the shorts and tee-shirts again, eh?

  2. I know, I know....but at least we didn't get frostbite on any exposed skin! It honestly feels so much warmer outside than it has the past few weeks. I mean, the wind chill a week ago was like 20 below zero!

  3. It was still -10 on Saturday in South Bend (which where I was ice-skating with the youth group outside). It's crazy how fast the weather changes. I am loving how warm it feels.

  4. Ice-skating outside? In South Bend?

Believe it or not, I think I know the place you are talking about. I'm thinking of a rink just east of the downtown area. There's an excellent ale house called Barnaby's around that area that has the absolute best pizza. It's incredible. A non-franchise pizza place....mama mia!!

  5. I was actually kinda excited about the fact that it warmed up! I actually can walk my dog without freezing my toosh off. Also, I can run out to Melody's car in my pj's and turn of her light without getting frost bite!;) That ale house sounds really good, I love good pizza! Oh, I thought the snow was pretty.

  6. I don't really know my way around Ft. Wayne so I don't know if it is near Barnaby's or not.

  7. Uhhhh.....you initially said you were in South Bend.....Any possibility that this whole story is a complete fabrication?

If so, that's cool. It gave me a chance to recomend Barnaby's for anyone who is interested in good pizza in the South Bend area.

Today we are sitting here at work wondering if we are going to get a blizzard....and, no, I don't mean the kind you buy at Dairy Queen....

  11. Yup, blizzard. I heard the warning saying we shouldn't drive about fifteen minutes after I got to work.
