So is the idea that we're supposed to READ the Brothers K in the next 5 days, 6 hours, 28 minutes and 34 seconds, so we'll be good discussants when the post gets put up? Oh oh, now it's 17 seconds...
You are ridiculous. You're actually assigning us reading! Okay, I'll do my best.
Brothers K is available online: here's the site I'll use if I decide to prepare for class. What chapters will be on the test?
Ha, ha!
Part II, Book Five, chapters 3-5. The dialog between Ivan and Alyosha that includes the famous Grand Inquisitor narrative.
Thanks much for the link, K. The first post will start with chap 3 and perhaps get into the Rebellion chapter chap 4.
I'll assume cliffnotes are allowed.
Emily,
"Everything is permissible"!
Dude, you're early. I checked in to report that I'd done my homework and was ready for class, but the post is already up. I'll get to it later, but now I have to watch Da Bears finish off the Colts in the 2nd half.
Yeah, what's with the early?
Yo. We still have one day and 4 seconds to go! How can we trust you if you don't stick to the widgets???!
Ha, ha! Well, I guess I was so excited for class to begin that I arrived a day early!
Now I'm kind of wondering which is longer: the pages from The Brothers Karamazov or my post "summarizing" it.
I must have done the widget wrong. I meant for it to countdown to midnight on Sunday night.....oh well, a widget on time saves nine....
